Fusion Idol Arts / Da Vinci Case Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return or one time exchange. If you aren't happy with your product, or perhaps the design isn't quite right for you, no worries. Just contact us in advance through our customer service page and we'll do our best to respond quickly with the information you need to make your return or exchange easy. Please remember you must contact us in advance for all returns and exchanges. We are not responsible for or obligated to assist you with any packages that have been returned without prior written authorization or packages returned without tracking.

Da Vinci Case Warranty (Phone cases)
Da Vinci Case offers a 60 day warranty on all products sold when the Product is purchased directly from Da Vinci Case or through an authorized reseller. The warranty begins from the date of purchase.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is made to Da Vinci Case within the 60 day warranty period, Da Vinci Case will repair, replace or refund the product. The course of action taken will be at our discretion depending on product availability and other factors. We may require the return of your prior product or pictures of the defect to facilitate your warranty claim. This also helps us in identifying potential problems where we can better control our quality.

Limitations on Warranty
Our warranty does not cover product damages from normal wear and tear, accidental drops, misuse or abuse. Additionally, the Da Vinci Case warranty does not cover damages to your device.
The Da Vinci Case Limited Warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property, including but not limited to, electronic devices such as phones and/or other personal property. The Da Vinci Case warranty does not cover the replacement of software, applications or data in any way.
Repair and replacement
I will, at my discretion, repair, replace or refund any product that proves to be defective during the warranty period.
If a full replacement is offered. You may choose an alternate art design for your warranty replacement of the same product type. In some rare situations a design may no longer be available and you will be required to choose an alternate design of the same product style for your replacement.
Proof of purchase is required to file a warranty claim. If you purchased a product online through an authorized Da Vinci Case / Fusion Idol reseller such as Etsy, or DaVinciCase.com - I can often access proof of purchase. I will need the first and last name the product was shipped to.
If your case was purchased through a physical retailer or art market - I will require the name of the market and may request a store receipt for proof of purchase.
Any refunds made from returns of online purchases will be made directly to the account that was used to make the original payment (credit card / PayPal etc). Refunds are initiated within 5 business days of receiving the return and are made for the original purchase price of the product minus any restocking fees . You will be sent an email notification when a refund is initiated.
All standard returns (non warranty) must be completed inside of 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
Shipping times and methods do vary by product. All of my artisan products are custom made to order. Orders may ship directly from my New Mexico studio or a partnered fulfillment center. All products featuring my artwork are printed and shipped from the USA.
Most of my products are shipped via USPS first class or DHL via USPS (USPS / Canada Post for Canadian orders) . Canvas products and larger breakable goods are generally shipped via UPS ground. All products shipping within the United States will have tracking information. Canadian orders will be provided with a customs number and may have limited tracking.
FusionIdol.com does not ship outside of the US or Canada. If you are interested in purchase my artwork for shipment to other countries - you will need to order through Pixels.com
Customer Delivery Address Requirement
The recipient in the delivery address must actively reside or be employed at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Delivering to an address that is not currently occupied by the listed recipient is done so at your own risk. Fusion Idol is not responsible for customer input of incorrect addresses or shipping of goods to addresses where the recipient is not currently residing, is on vacation or is a temporary guest. All these situations are considered unsecure and the customer assumes all responsiblity. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate, secure shipping address. United States PO boxes are allowed for most smaller / non breakable goods. A physical occupied address as outlined above is still required for some shipments like canvas that will ship via UPS ground services. Shipments to third party mail box stores is not recommended and the customer assumes all risks.
All reports of non-delivery must be made inside of three weeks (21 days) from the order date. Tracking information is provided for each order and it is the customers responsibility to monitor this information and report any issues or non-delivery in a timely manner so that they can be resolved with the carrier or replaced. Non Delivery Reports after 3 weeks for US shipments are considered fraudulent. Exceptions are made only for Canadian orders where transit times and international security measures can delay shipments.
Customers assume all risk and responsibility in non-delivery cases where the delivery address requirement policy has been violated.
Unauthorized Sellers, Counterfeits, Copyrights & Art Piracy

NEVER BUY ART PRODUCTS FROM AMAZON.COM OR EBAY - click here to find out why. Purchases made from unauthorized Da Vinci Case or Fusion Idol resellers have no warranty. Unauthorized copies of my art desgin designs on products have no warranty. However, I may at my discretion offer discounts to those who help me find those that are pirating my artwork to make unauthorized copies. I take pride in creating my own original copyrighted artwork for all of my artistic products. You can gain some good karma and maybe even a discount code by reporting those dirty scoundrals that knock off my designs by using the contact form on our customer service page If you've purchased a product with one of my designs online and they aren't listed as a seller at Fusion Idol / Da Vinci Case , there's a good chance it's a counterfeit. Especially if it is shipping from outside the USA.
